I totally had a smashing four weekends of training with Kanban trainer – Temi and his awesome delivery of the course. I cant wait to apply the learnings to my new contract with the HMRC at the moment. I have always looked at Kanban as some strange addition to scrum which wasn’t vital.
However, the hands on training, exercises and discussions opened my mind to the possibilities of the course. The case studies were also amazing. I am still getting a grip of the possibilities.
I would advise anyone wanting to be better at delivering kanban to engage with agile matrix. It is worth every dime.
