What services does Agile Matrix offer?

I am interested in Private/In house training. What should I do?

Contact us and tell us what you need. We will then guide you to the best solution or training option.

I cannot see a public course in my location. What should I do?

Keep an eye on the Agile Matrix course list. New locations and dates are added regularly.

When do I receive full details of the course?

We send out full joining instructions around 3 days (online course) or 7 days (in person course) before the start of the course. We advise you to wait to receive this email before booking accommodation or transport.

What language are the courses conducted in?

Unless otherwise stated, All courses are conducted in English.

What happens if a class is rescheduled or cancelled?

If we postpone or cancel a class, you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another listed course.

We recommend that transport and accommodation are not booked until the email is received  confirming the joining instructions around 3(online course) or 7 days (in person course) before the start of the course.

We shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.

Can I pay via Debit/Credit card?

Yes. Please state your preference when registering so we can send you the appropriate invoice.

When is VAT payable?

VAT will be removed if you supply an EU VAT number and are outside the UK.
VAT is not payable for courses located outside the UK & EU.
VAT is always payable for digital products and in-person courses in the UK.

What will appear on my Invoice?

Payments are made to our parent company Tee N Ace limited but your invoice will state Agile Matrix, the training arm of Tee N Ace Limited.
